5. Band Pledge Fee Information
Your band student's pledge fees are very important and it would be very difficult to maintain the quality of the Marching and Concert Band Programs at Sprayberry if not for the support of every family involved!
If you have not done so already, please send your Fall 2009 payment to:
Sprayberry Band Booster Association
P.O. Box 671051
Marietta, GA. 30066
THANK YOU for supporting the Band Program and for helping to reach our band budget. We can’t do it without YOU!
If you have any questions regarding your statements that are mailed to you each month, please contact SBBA Treasurer Rebecca Dumont at treasurer@sprayberryband.com

6. Paying Band Fees…Not a Problem!
The Band Boosters Offer Opportunities to EASILY Pay Those Fees
If you have a student participating in any of the band programs at Sprayberry High School there are yearly band fees required to help maintain the band programs. This includes students in Concert Band, Symphony I, Symphony II, Jazz Band, Percussion, Marching Band, Color Guard and Winter Guard. To help our band families, the Sprayberry Band Boosters Association has come up with several EASY ways to help compensate those band fee payments. For information on any of these personal fund raising opportunities contact SBBA Fundraising Chairs, Matt and Holly Brainard, at fundraising@sprayberryband.com.

STEVI B’S BUFFET CERTIFICATES
The managers of Stevi B’s Pizza Buffet located at 50 Barrett Parkway have offered the Sprayberry Band an AMAZING fund raising opportunity to sell certificates good for one (1) buffet. The certificates are good until December 31, 2010.
Stevi B’s Certificates are $10 each*.
For every certificate your family sells, $8.00 of the price goes TOWARD YOUR STUDENT’S BAND FEES. So if you sell ten (10) certificates, $80 will be deducted from your band fee account. IT’S THAT EASY!
* Certificates may be checked out on an “honor” system. You do NOT have to pay for the certificates when they are checked out. You are responsible for every certificate checked out in your name. You must turn in the money and/or any certificates not sold. CASH ONLY ACCEPTED. No checks. This fund raiser is available for the entire school year.
HOW TO GET YOUR STEVI B’S CERTIFICATES:
- At the monthly Booster Meetings (third Tuesday of every month).
- Contact the SBBA Fundraising Chair, Holly Brainard, at fundraising@sprayberryband.com or call 678-860-5878.
Note: Two dollars ($2.00) of each certificate will go into the Sprayberry Band general fund. |
GOLD FUNDRAISER
Offered to Sprayberry Band families by
A&M Jewelers
4517 Canton Road, Marietta, GA 30066
For more information, contact SBBA Vice President,
Margie Crawford, at vicepresident@sprayberryband.com
A&M Gold Jewelers will purchase your unwanted gold jewelry. Bring your old, mis-matched, broken or just plain ugly gold or platinum jewelry (rings, necklace, pendant, bracelet, earrings) to their store and an agent will assess your gold right there. The value of the gold will then be subtracted from your student’s total band fees. This fund raiser is available for the entire school year.
Really - it’s that easy! During Band Registration in April, and again during the recent Concert Band Registration this month, two different band families paid off their students’ ENTIRE band fees each with only a single ziplock bag of old gold!
Bring your gold to A&M Jewelers any time. Be sure to tell them you are a SHS Band Member! |
