MARCHING REHEARSALS ARE ON

| Now that competition season is over Marching Band will only rehearse on Thursday nights - 4:30 - 6:00 pm. |
These weekly Thursday rehearsals will continue
as long as the football team is winning. |

Winterguard is gearing up for another great season.
Any SHS student interested in Winterguard is encouraged to attend the first meeting and participate in the clinics and tryouts. |

3. INDIAN RIVER FRUIT
FUNDRAISER
SALE ENDS ON NOVEMBER 7
All band class students and marching band students were given a packet with an order form with all of the details.
Every band class student and marching band student
is asked to sell five (5) boxes of fruit.

| This is an important fundraising program for the Band. Eighty percent (80%) of the profit from your individual sales goes directly to your student's band account. Twenty percent (20%) goes to the band uniform fund. |

Marching Band students are invited to the annual end-of-season Lock-in Party.
The all-night party this year will be a a fun event with activities to include:

* Basketball - Volleyball - Soccer
* Fuseball
* Craft contest
* Movies
* Board games
* Trivia contest
* Prizes
* FOOD...FUN...more FOOD! |

WHAT IS NEEDED

| 1. CHAPERONES – you can party with us all night or just part of the time. It is EASY and a lot of fun! There will be LOTS of coffee! |
2. FOOD – we need donations of
* Packaged sliced apples
* Seedless grapes (red or green)
* 2-liter drinks - soda, sports drinks, fruit drinks
* Chips (individual size bags please)
* Hot appetizer-type munchies…pizza rolls, wings, mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, etc.
*Cookies, brownies, cupcakes
* Or, monetary donations are appreciated to purchase what is needed |

Monthly student account statements are no longer being sent by postal mail.
