Every student in a Sprayberry band class has band fees...
this includes Concert Band, Sym I, Sym II and Jazz Band.

Due to Marching Band competitions
marching students are unable to work three of the final four Georgia Tech Concession dates. This means we will need parents and/or
"non-marching students" to fill the worker slots. |
These remaining Georgia Tech Concession dates are
PERFECT to help pay off band fees for
non-marching band students!

Voting Results for the Amendments to the SBBA By-Laws
At the Sprayberry Band Boosters Association meeting on
Tuesday, September 20, 2011, the members voted in favor of the
proposed amendments to the SBBA By-Laws and Standing Rules.

Plus, each year community businesses take advantage of reaching 1,500 - 2,000 participants in our SI event by advertising in our program. About SI Trophy Sponsorships
Bands who participate in the Southern Invitational Music Festival are awarded trophies to highlight their marching band success. There are many trophies that are available for sponsorship. Your sponsorship donation will help to continue the success of the Southern Invitational and encourage marching band activities. Each trophy sponsor will be listed in the Southern Invitational program, on the Southern Invitational web page, and announced during the event. Click here for complete trophy sponsorship details. |

3. MARCHING BAND GROUP PHOTO DAY
FRIDAY - OCTOBER 7
4:00 pm - Sprayberry Stadium
| This is the day that Lifetouch will be taking photos of the entire Marching Band as well as each section. Individual photos may also be taken. |
| Your student will be given a Lifetouch order form after marching rehearsal on Monday, September 26. |
| If you wish to purchase a group and/or individual photos, your student must bring the completed order form AND PAYMENT to the photo shoot. |
| Photo prices are listed on the order form. |

4. SCRIP PRE-PAID GIFT CARD PROGRAM
SCRIP pick-up is EVERY Tuesday - 6:00 - 7:00 pm at the Band Room entrance

| SCRIP is a gift card fund raising program. You can easily raise money for your student's band fees by simply shopping with gift cards for common purchases you do every day at your favorite stores, restaurants and service providers. |
| Each scrip gift card you buy earns a rebate. A 50% of the rebate goes into your student's band account and 50% goes into the band's General Fund. |
| SCRIP cards ordered by Tuesday will be available the following Tuesday for pick-up. Some SCRIP ordered online may be printed out for immediate use. |
Every SCRIP merchant has a different rebate rate.
