UNIFORM ITEMS TO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY!

| Because this is an away game, students are to report to the band room directly after school where they will begin loading the truck. Dinner will be provided for all away games. After dinner, students will get into uniform and board the buses to leave for the game. |

PICK-UP PROCEDURES: |

For away games, we have no way to determine the exact time we will arrive back at Sprayberry. We will do our best to tell your students an estimated time of return for each game which they can share with you. However, please know that once the students return to school they are required to unload the truck, hang up their uniforms, and make sure the band room is clean BEFORE they will be dismissed. |
| It is recommened that your student call you when we arrive back at the school after an away game. By the time you get to the school they should be ready to leave, or very close to it. Thank you for your understanding in this pick-up procedure. |
| If you are unable to pick-up your student, please arrange a carpool with another marching student. If you need assistance with carpooling, contact SBBA Chaperone Chairs Maggie Queen or Kathleen Sanchez chaperones@sprayberryband.com |

3. SCRIP PRE-PAID GIFT CARD PROGRAM
SCRIP pick-up is EVERY Tuesday - 6:00 - 7:00 pm at the Band Room entrance
You may order on Tuesdays as well!!

| SCRIP is a gift card fund raising program. You can easily raise money for your student's band fees by simply shopping with gift cards for common purchases you do every day at your favorite stores, restaurants and service providers. |
| Each scrip gift card you buy earns a rebate. A percentage of the rebate goes into your student's band account and a percentage also goes into the band's General Fund. |
| SCRIP cards ordered by Tuesday will be available the following Tuesday for pick-up. Some SCRIP ordered online may be printed out for immediate use. |
Every SCRIP merchant has a different rebate rate.
