‘BAND OF GOLD” HOSPITALITY:

The Incoming Freshman Informational Meeting will be held on Monday, February 5, 2007

in the Band Room.  This is a very special night for our 8th graders from Daniell, Simpson

and McCleskey middle schools as they consider “Marching & Concert Band” during their 9th

grade year (wasn’t that long ago our students were incoming….remember?).

Hospitality will set up a refreshment table to welcome students and parents attending.

If you are able to donate any of the following, please contact me for drop off time and

location:

Cookies – Homemade OR store bought

Fruit Punch – (2) 2-liter bottles

Chips – 1 bag

Nuts – 1 jar

If you would like to help serve, welcome, encourage and man the refreshment table, we

could use 2-3 helpers as well.

Thank-you,

Margie Crawford / 770-565-8389 or mcraw10@bellsouth.net and
