Band Camp Lunch Pre-Order Form*

There is now an available option to pre-order lunch for Pre-Band Camp and Band Camp this year! 👏🏻 No more packing brown bags!

How It Works:

Fill out the below form to place your order.
Pre-pay via PayPal (instructions below) or bring cash on Wed., July 11 (first day of Pre-Band Camp)**.
Collect your entrée along with selecting from a variety of chips, cookie, condiments, and drink on the day(s) you have prepaid for!

* Lunch service is completely voluntary NOT being provided by SBBA but as a convenience to make lunch easy for you and provide nutritious and energy-sustaining meals for our kids while they are working so hard.

**Any order not prepaid through PP or paid for with cash on Wednesday July 11th will be subject to cancellation.

All "Lunch Meals" (sandwiches, wraps, salads, and restaurant selections) include a pickle, chips, a cookie and a drink and are $7.00 each. Meals are available every day of Pre-Band Camp and Band Camp week.

Some of the days have other additional options being brought in from local restaurants. For these variety days, extra entrées are available for $3 each, except pizza, which is $1 per extra slice.

For example, the Tuesday of Band Camp, Arby's roast beef sandwiches are available for $3.00 - OR, you may purchase the "Arby's Lunch Meal", which would be $7.00, the same as the regular sandwich/wrap/salad lunch entrées. Additional entrées may also be added for all days. Just notate how many lunch entrées you would like to purchase in the form below.

Lunch entrées must be paid in advance, but extra items will be available to purchase daily.

There will be an Ice Cream Truck courtesy of paradice delights at band camp daily selling $1, $2, & $3 items to cool the students off! 🍦🍨
