Registration Details

We look forward to your band joining us for the Southern Invitational. Due to construction at Sprayberry High School, we have proudly partnered with Kell High School as our temporary home for this year’s event. Enter early to reserve your slot as performance slots are limited. Performance order is determined by the date your application is received. Festival performances will vary by class, receipt of entry and travel distance to provide bands ample time to arrive.

To enter your band, please complete the Online Registration form. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until the Application Fee and Georgia Bond (if applicable) are received by the Sprayberry Band Boosters Association.

2024 Registration Opens on Wednesday, May 1st at 10:00 AM

Performance order will be determined by the date when all portions of a school's entry (application, application fee and Georgia Bond (if applicable) have been received. 

All entries must be received by - MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9th, 2024

No registrations will be made via phone or e-mail.

Applications must be submitted with all required documentation and entry fees before acceptance.

Receipt of your application will be confirmed by phone and e-mail and followed up with your Director’s Confirmation Packet.

Fees

The entry fee is $100.00 per band. 

All Georgia bands are required to post a $500 Performance Bond in addition to the entry fee. The bond will be held and returned at registration on the day of the event.
