2024 Program Fees
Band fees are necessary for the Sprayberry Band to reach our instructional and performance goals each year. Our goal is to provide our students with the best resources in their time in our program. We strive to keep these fees as low as possible and the Sprayberry Band Fees are among the most conservative in Cobb County.
The Sprayberry Band Booster Association works hard to support the program and provide fundraising opportunities to offset the costs for the band and for individuals.
Student fees should never prevent a student from participation in the Sprayberry Band. We will always work to find a solution to get your student in the Sprayberry Band. For any questions, feel free to email:

Concert Band Fees Included for Participants
2024 Concert Band Fees
We do charge a fee for students participating in our Concert Band Programs. The concert bands meet during school. This is the band class that your student participates in each day.
These fees are used to increase our instructional resources for our students. In addition, these funds are used to purchase instruments, music, offset administration costs, concert uniforms, concert venue rentals and transportation costs associated with the program.
MARCHING BAND PARTICIPANTS:
CONCERT FEES ARE INCLUDED IN THE MARCHING BAND REGISTRATION. Percussion and winds are automatically enrolled in fall concert band registration. Color Guard who choose to participate in Concert Bands will also be enrolled automatically in fall concert band registration.
NON-MARCHING BAND STUDENTS: Fees are due at during a separate process registration at the start of the academic school year.
Non-Marching Band students will pay the concert fee during a separate registration this Fall.
Concert Fee: $100 + Uniform Fee $50
Fundraising
There are several opportunities for students to earn funds during the year to offset program fees, which are administered by the Sprayberry Band Booster Association. While general band fundraisers go to offset the overall cost of the program, there are also opportunities for individual fund raising to offset a student’s program fees. Please note that all funds raised by the students and parents on behalf of students are part of the Association, even if used to reduce individual student program fees, and remain with the Association even if the student leaves the program.
RaiseRight: The Association participates in a scrip program where by virtue of your membership, you are able to purchase gift cards at a discount from retailers where you normally would shop anyway. The difference between the face value of the card and the discount is awarded to the Association on the student’s behalf to offset program fees.
